Mike Greenberg To Host The NFL Draft on ESPN

Mike Greenberg (Greeny) will host ESPN’s coverage of the NFL Draft.

Following the company departure of versatile host, Trey Wingo, another popular ESPN broadcaster will host the 2021 NFL Draft according to Outkick‘s Bobby Burack.

Mike Greenberg has been chosen as the host for ESPN’s NFL Draft coverage. The ESPN simulcast will also feature Rece Davis and the College Gameday Crew.

Greenberg has been hosting ESPN’s popular morning program, Get Up since the Spring of 2018. Following the unceremonious divorce from Mike & Mike, he will face a similar challenge that Wingo underwent attempting to host an NFL Draft during a pandemic.

The 2021 NFL Draft begins on April 29.

  1. Do people like Greenberg? I ask this because ESPN keeps giving him huge showcases like people think he is the best person in sports media. EVERYONE I know either hates him or says he is just OK. I have never heard ANYONE say that he is their favorite host on ESPN or ANYWHERE else. I mean in the morning shows he is not better than Stephen A, or Max he is not better than Nick Wright or even Skip and Shannon on FS1. He was a horrible sports center anchor and is at least the 20th best national radio host right now Dan Patrick, Rich Eisen, Jim Rome, Colin Cowheard, Max Kellerman, KJZ, (a better show not as a single host) Amy Lawrence, Brandon Tierney, Tiki Barber, Jason Smith, David Amendeloria(spelling), Doug Gotleib They are all better than Greeny I could think of a few more also, but you get the point Greeny is a terrible host that sucks up to management and keeps getting prime jobs.
