iHeartMedia has appointed a new President of iHeartMedia Sports.
Kevin LeGrett, current Division President and President of the Los Angeles Region for iHeartMedia, will step into the new role effective immediately. LeGrett is a 20+ year media veteran whose time at iHeartMedia stems back to 2010.
According to an iHeartMedia press release, he has previously served as Division President and Executive VP of Operations for the iHeartMedia Markets Group overseeing Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Diego, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin and Washington, DC and with responsibility for the political strategy for the company as well.
With LeGrett stepping into this new role, his current position as President of the iHeartMedia Los Angeles Region will go to Alexis Ginas. LeGrett will transfer those duties to Ginas, yet the release notes that he will continue as Division President for the iHeartMedia Markets Group while adding the new responsibilities as the President of iHeartMedia Sports.
