After seven months on syndication, “The Ken Matthews Show” is reportedly in “best of” mode on its affiliate stations, and the show will conclude next month.

Last weekend, Ken Matthews tweeted that he has “been terminated by Talk Media Network.” Then the radio host directed his listeners to “stay tuned to Gab, Rumble and TruthSocial. God Bless America.”

Radio Ink relayed some further information stating that the show continues to feed Best Of episodes and will conclude on Aug. 12th. Furthermore, the outlet relayed a remark from what Talk Media Networks CEO Josh Leng had to say about the Matthews show.

“Ken Matthews’ syndication agreement with Talk Media Network has been terminated. There will be no further comment,” Leng said.

Meanwhile, one affiliate station told Radio Ink, “Ken did something shocking, so they ended his contract with him.” No further clarification on what the radio host did that led to the company terminating his deal.

Despite the end of his syndication run, Matthews remains listed on the WHP-AM (Harrisburg) website as the host of the 3P-6P slot on the iHeart station. WHP is Matthews’ home base station.

Yeah Ken told the truth. That’s a shocking thing these days because there’s so little of it. Oh and the Network somehow stupidly broadcasted the show when it should have been off the the air: Ironically the only thing that aired was text of Hunter Biden’s emails. Which are vulgar and disgusting. What a joke of a First Family we have! You know, stolen elections have consequences.

I’m really bummed for Ken. I really think that he was the best. He is the ONLY talk radio host who said what nobody else would say. Is this just for cussing on the radio? I know for a fact that there are forces who want to shut him down. If this is a woke scorch,… this is disturbing.

I’ve wondered just how long it would take for someone to find a way to take Ken down. Inside job….. clearly. I’m just glad he wasn’t run off the road or mysteriously found dead in a remote resort. We love you, Ken. You’re the best and you have loyal listeners. Thanks for your inspiration, humor, common sense and total grasp of an upside down society

WIBC reporter Eric Berman confirmed he was one of the eight employees dismissed, tweeting “Some personal news: this morning my tenure at WIBC came to an end. For 28 years, it has been my privilege to bring you fair and detailed coverage of news affecting Hoosiers’ lives, and I hope you’ll stick around for whatever comes next.”

Berman was the only on-air employee affected by the cutbacks.

Emmis said in a statement “Today, Emmis notified eight individuals that their positions have been eliminated. Impacted individuals are being provided severance and offered insurance coverage. These are difficult days, and we wish them nothing but success.”

Mandis accused White House Press Secretary Jean-Pierre of being untrustworthy for dodging questions.

Cumulus Media talk show host Dan Mandis accused White House Press Secretary Karin Jean-Pierre of being untrustworthy following repeated attempts to dodge questions regarding the federal raid on former President Donald Trump’s home.

Fox News White House Correspondent Peter Doocy peppered Jean-Pierre with questions Tuesday about whether the Biden administration was using law enforcement to go after political opponents.

“I did think it was really interesting for Karin Jean-Pierre to try to not answer anything as it relates to the raid on Mar-a-Lago,” said Mandis.

Mandis was filling in for Vince Coglianese on News Talk 105.9 WMAL in Washington D.C. Mandis hosts the morning show on Cumulus-owned SuperTalk 99.7 WTN in Nashville, Tennessee.

“The less that they (White House), the more suspicious they look,” Mandis added. “During yesterday’s press briefing, she (Jean-Pierre) refused to provide any answers whatsoever.”

Mandis said that Jean-Pierre issued a “no comment” 18 times during the briefing.

“The White House Press Corps did try to get her to make some sort of a statement,” he said.

“The Vince Coglianese Show” is heard daily on WMAL-FM 105.9 from 3-6 p.m.
