Spokane’s longest running sports talk show is no more. 700 ESPN confirmed via Twitter that Patchin & Lukens aired for the final time on Friday afternoon.

Dennis Patchin had been with the station for 36 years. He and Rick Lukens first partnered up in 1986 for a show called Sports Tonight. That show also featured local sportscasters Bud Namcek and Chuck DeBruin.

The duo’s exit leaves Spokane, Washington without a locally produced sports talk show. On Twitter, Patchin called his time with 700 ESPN “a good run.” He did not indicate any future plans or intentions to find a new home on the radio.
