Chris “Mad Dog” Russo has always been known to speak his mind and not take any crap from callers. This lead to a pretty funny moment on his show Tuesday.
A caller named Craig attempted to defend Aaron Rodgers while also revealing that he is unvaccinated and anti-vaccine. Russo off and laid into him in a pretty comedic fashion.
Mad Dog asked Craig his age. Craig responded “I am fifty years old which is what goes into me not getting this shot.”
Russo cut him off, saying “So you are one of those who is in the Rodgers camp that thinks they are better off not taking the vaccine despite all of the evidence and data that says otherwise.”
The caller then again says that it is a personal choice, and that it should be for Rodgers too. Chris “Mad Dog” Russo shouted “You are not a starting quarterback making 35 million dollars a year Craig, if you miss a day of work nobody cares! Okay? I’m sorry. You are not a starting quarterback in the National Football League making $35 million per year.”
Russo ended the conversation with the caller saying “See that is the problem with this, Rodgers got the anti-vaxxers out there to inundate radio show.”
